Ultimately, the key to avoiding expensive plumbing repairs is early detection and regular maintenance. By keeping an eye on small signs — like slow drainage, damp patches, or dripping taps — you can address issues before they spiral out of control. When in doubt, calling in a licensed professional is the best way to protect your home and save money in the long run.
